EPR Authorization

Lead Acid Battery Certification
Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) have notified the Battery (Management & Handling) Rules-2001 as Amended on May 2010.As per the provision under Rule 5, the importer shall get registered with Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) by submitting application.

BIS Registration
The date of coming into force of the “Electronics and IT Goods (Requirement of Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012” stands extended to 3rd July, 2013.All products manufactured/imported before the notified date of coming into effect of the Order i.e. 3rd July, 2013 shall not be covered by the provisions of the Order.
